What is mean by manufacturer

Distributor manufacturer or dealer
A German tax number (St.-Nr.) is a mandatory requirement for the recognition of a branch. A subsidiary is not a branch of the manufacturer; however, the subsidiary itself may be a manufacturer subject to registration.
If a distributor is at the same time a manufacturer in the sense of the ElektroG, he must create another system access as a manufacturer in the ear portal ("Register new as manufacturer") and apply for a registration/registrations. For more information on registration as a manufacturer, see.
